As a result of a careful research through existing solution on the market, Marisan selected the most appreciated GPS fleet management system in Romania - SafeFleet - for their entire fleet of meat products distribution. In this way,  distribution to 50 stores owned by Marisan is performed with vechicles running SafeFleet X700 - the lastest version of the SafeFleet devices family.

Marisan company was established in 1994 in Frumusani, Calarasi County by Mr..Anghel Ion,  having  only 15 employees. Their output was only 400 kg/day of salami and sausages.

In the following years, the company reinvested the profit and reached a production of  4 t/day in 2000.  The same year, Marisan invested 1.5 million euro building a factory in Filipestii de Padure and hired 100 people in order to increase production to 10 t/day.

Today Marisan company has over 300 employees and a 25 t/day production that is distributed to a 50 stores retail  network.
