Installation of SafeFleet X520 equipments can be done in any of the 25 points of installation in the entire country: Arad, Bacau, Braila, Brasov, Bucuresti, Cluj-Napoca, Constanta, Craiova, Deva, Galati, Iasi, Odorheiu Secuiesc, Oradea, Piatra Neamt, Pitesti, Ploiesti, Satu Mare, Sibiu, Suceava, Targu Mures, Timisoara, Zimnicea, etc. In special cases, installation team can move on client site for sistem installation. ETA Automatizari Industriale has a selective procedure for choosing installation companies, based on their capacity to perform operative and quality services. Every authorized services follows a strict instruction program, the installation being done after a specific procedure and a documentation, created by our company. Having our clients concerns in mind, we've targeted a bold objective : shortening the installation time so that a vehicle will not stay immobilized in service for more that 20 minute.
Software application in the WebReporter package are available as services accessible on the web. We've constructed a cluster of 7 servers with 4 redundant databases and 2 broad-band connections to the Internet in order to assure a high availability of out monitoring service. The servers are 24/24 and 7/7 supervised and maintained by a qualified and certified Microsoft (MCSA, MCDBA, MCSE) personnel. The activity of the entire service and support team are in the SLA (Service Level Agreement) terms, by which our company undertakes to perform a quality service in the benefit of our clients. The relationship with clients (pre-sales, sales, contracts, installation, training, support in liability and post-liability) are managed by a CRM type software application. The support requests are carefully recorded and treated, one of our targets is shortening the time of response by a minimum of 25%
We manage servers with responsibility and skill. We are known for that but we have clients that wish that the applications run on their servers. We do not exclude this type of collaboration (which bring additional costs to the client) but we commit to a complete service for which we guarantee quality. Benefits for the client are numerous and the costs are negligible.
We do thing thoroughly and in detail. We do not neglect client training for system usage. We posses the written word culture so that the our know-how is documents in installation manuals, usage manuals, fast service guide etc. On our site, for registered users, we a special FAQ section cu a fast guide and punctual responses to the most frequently asked questions related to the functionality of our system.
Liability is negotiated in every contract we sign. Also we undertake to offer post-liability servers for a period of minimum 5 years with additional cost. In the liability period, our reaction time is minimum because we always have spare equipment on stock . Our policy is: replace, not fix. So, the client has insurance that he is treated with maximum attention.
